Les Châtaigniers has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (plus a baby). Dogs are also welcome, but by prior arrangement. The house has been built in a traditional Breton style and has a large garden. Adjacent to the house is a gravel patio equipped with a garden table and chairs.
Les Châtaigniers has a carport for one car. Up to three more cars can park along the drive.
The lane leading to the house is shared by three different properties. The only passing traffic, however, is the occasional tractor heading to nearby farmers' fields. The tall hedges and mature trees which surround Les Châtaigniers guarantee complete privacy. The nearest neighbours are French (and speak only French).
